We process through Piedmont Custom Meats, a USDA-inspected facility in central North Carolina, so every share is cut, wrapped, and ready for your freezer — no middleman, no mystery sourcing. Raleigh customers reserve a share with a deposit, choose their cuts, and pick up once the beef is ready (usually 3–4 weeks).
